I dont think Tesco are losing out much on this glitch. I've been back twice for meal deals but i have also bought other bits that i would normally have bought elsewhere....how many other people are doing this i wonder?

Got this deal today. No Turner Road merlot online but it went through okay but I had to get it from the wine aisle. Also substituted a side dish instead of the pudding, no problem.

FINALLY, finally got an SA that knew what to do, didn't call a supervisor, checked the codes on the bottom, then handed me the receipt back.....unsigned.

Just bought my second lot of 3 'Turner Road' meal deals instore. Got the voucher for the first one OK.
There were Chicken Kievs on the shelves but not amongst the meal deal mains. Does anyone know if these work instore?

No, kievs don't work. Only the chicken with cheese and ham.

Tesco finally Emailed me back saying that they can't find my receipt details. Only took them best part of 100 hours to reply. I'd think that I put the details in wrong except I got it for both receipts (put 2 meal deals through separately) on different Email accounts. Has anybody else had this problem? I've resubmitted them both but where do I stand on reclaiming this manually through customer services or the like?
