Im pretty sure I had a few of these on the DTD scheme to which I never received the voucher.. I never complained back then due to being on a roll with the vouchers, but this offer only have 2 and both have the above at the end of the address... I feel I have lost them?
Would be interesting if noticed by anyone else who are still waiting and I will update if I ever get mine thru...
Sorry forgot to mention this is seen once details have been entered and you are on the "this receipt is already being processed screen"
I noticed that with mine and hadn't noticed it before. It may have been there before but normally my voucher just pops up and that's all I've been interested in.:j little fire cracker born 5th November 2012 :j0 -

It is DTD instore, and has been for a long time, if you are overcharged. This still stands. (ie: It goes through the till at a different price from that advertised on the sel, or double scans etc.)Nothing to do with price comparisons with other stores.
It is the pricecheck promotion only that has changed from DTD to TD.
Also, no changes for online ordering, either Tesco Direct or groceries. It has always been single difference there and remains so. (Different operation or so I've been told in the past.)
But this is exactly what I am on about.
I bought two meal deals and was charged £33-odd at checkout. I complained and SA called team leader; we went to CS and I emptied my shopping out to show the two meal deals and other miscellaneous shopping. CS lady rang through the deals at £10 each but did not --and this is the important bit -- give me DTD. So it's down to the individual Tesco employee who deals with you as to whether you get compensation (DTD) or not.0 -

Ah, I see what you mean.
Actually it isn't. It's Tesco's policy & they should pay it. My local is very good with this & automatically give it without being asked, but I know other stores just give the difference & have to be pushed for double. It may be down to the management of your particular store but at the end of the day they have to abide by Tesco's policy. If they don't they should be asked to ring Head Office who should put them straight.;)0 -
I'll play the waiting game...
got 4 meal deals from yday..
and 2 more from today.
End up with expensive food, which is quite yummy...
I dont think i will be buyiing anymore, unless i get my vouchers and recyle them hehe :T0 -

Its also up to you to make sure you get what your entitled to - you should read the conditions behide the CS desk and see that it says your entitled to DTD, it should be there and its up to you to demand it.
I sometimes get it without asking but another time I have stood there for 40 minutes waiting !!. I had nothing better to do and it was worth it (got about £17.98 back off a meal deal).
Don't let the trouts get away with it. :rotfl:0 -
Wish they would add the creamy garlic mushrooms in on the meal deal...they look lovely!
I've only been watching this deal for a few days...do they add new products and take some off at any time does anyone know? Full to the brim on the lovely finest food...just wish my RTD vouchers would hurry up...!
Also, why are there other items in the meal deal section on the web page that do not have the 'yellow banner' and I assume not part of the £10 meal deal? Bit confusing..... http://www.tesco.com/groceries/ProductBuylist/default.aspx?id=L00000445
Its all part of the devious Tesco plan of catching us out by getting us to buy stuff we THINK is good for RTD when its not! They'll have to get up a bit earlier to catch us lot out with that rubbish though.ELITE 5:2

These mushrooms are included in the offer, or they were at my store today.0 -
Not that i'm suggesting it of course, or have tried it, but if you look at the meal deal web page:
http://www.tesco.com/groceries/ProductBuylist/default.aspx?id=L00000445
It clearly states that the Chicken Kiev is still part of the offer, but some people have been having trouble getting it to link-save as part of the deal. One would clearly have to point to the DTD 'promise' behind the customer service desk, should this sloppy error transpire in your store! :money::cool: :A0
