I had planned a tesco boycott when DTD ended, but between spending my dtd vouchers, looking for 1p items, the wine glitch, the 1 day DTD last week and now this meal deal I've been in there loads!

But in future, if I have to do a 'normal shop' spending 'real money' at 'normal' prices I will go to morrisons. It is a much nicer shop to walk around in my opinion, plus it's closer to me and the self service tills are better - they don't have a problem with you using your own bag and you can pour all your change in and they count it for you, instead of having to put all your coppers 1 at a time through the slot (no easy feat with long nails!)!!

My only issue with morrisons is they have less organic meat and veg

I just got an email off Tesco, saying they couldnt find my receipt details from Mondays shop (don't know why I have entered them correctly).

So I thought I would check my other receipt from my Friday shop and it now reads

We're really sorry. Unfortunately we cannot locate your receipt details on this occasion in order to price check your shopping. This problem only affects a small number of customer shops, and we’re really sorry that this has happened to you.
Please accept our apologies, and hopefully you will be able to check your next shop at Tesco.

This looks like a new tactic to get out of issuing vouchers - a small number, heck they should come on here and find out just how many there are of us. Anyway the complaint to ASA as gone so I will wait for that response now.

Sounds like a fiddle, the voucher people blame the store, the store blames the pricecheck people. Either could print off a spare receipt.
