I'm not intending to scaremonger anyone - like another poster said I've been through it. OP I apologise I did actually read that it wasn't your first one, but by the time I'd got to the end of the thread all I'd forgotten. Some people have them and are fine about it, some arent. For me it really destroyed my life - the grief was like nothing I'd ever experienced, I didn't say it lightly when I said it cost me my son and a big part of me.
I also wished the OP well, told her I respected her decision whatever she decides to do. I think thats pretty well balanced, not scaremongering.
Torry Quinne - Thankyou I completed the counselling course and it helped me immensely, but sadly I have realised that I will never fully get over it, and there will always be a sadness that I have to carry becuase of it, but the counselling made a lot of difference. I also bought a charm bracelet, with a letters of both my children's names on it so that he will always be close to me, it means a lot to me to have that to remember him by0 -

Why are you using abortion as a form of contraception? Surely after the first unwanted pregnancy was terminated you put barriers in place to stop it happening again?:j30/7/10:j

The first time I was 15 and I got raped, I was too scared and upset to tell anyone to start with.
This time I was on the pill and it failed.0 -

Not something I would wish on anybody.
Sorry if I came across a bit arsey, it took me years and lots of treatment to get my little boy and I have a tendency to get on my high horse sometimes about abortions as I would have given anything to be pregnant:j30/7/10:j

You didn't come across as arsey, just quick to judge another persons decision, and a really hard decision at that. Women do not terminate without alot of soul searching.0 -

Please don't let this thread descend into the arguments for and against abortion as it doesn't help the OP in any way.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
