Our evans wont exchange anything without a receipt so im not sure how anyone will get on trying to exchange things from this glitch!

Well my order was being picked yesterday afternoon and packed last evening. Today it would seem that the items suddenly disappeared from the packing table and are out of stock!
While I know it was a glitch and all that, well done to those who receive their orders, but I really hate it when companies think we are stupid! I've replied to the OOS email saying that i don't mind waiting for my items to return to stock and they can post my order out when they get new stock
.
I am a bit annoyed that i didn't read the bit about express postage, maybe I'd have my items today, but I'm sure another glitch will be along soon.
It's only a game

I'd like to know, too! I would think that if you're exchanging you can do it for the value of the item before your 20 quid off, as anything you bought would've been given that same discount. My problem is I got two items in the one order that actually was delivered, and I paid 20 quid for them before shipping was added on (I know, I should've done two orders and got each for just shipping!). Anyhow, when they see the notation about how "20% off and 20 pounds deducted" they may get confused. I just want to return one item that cost 15 quid, they may not know what to do, they may take 20% off the price I paid before my discount, I don't know.
Actually, I can't decide if I want to return it. It's a pretty cardigan, but they were out of my size, so I got the next one up (actually, the size I got is the size I was supposed to get according to the Evans sizing chart, but it always seems to tell me to get something one size bigger than what I actually need!) And the cardigan works ok, but it sort of bags out on my back. Not sure what to do on that one, lol. *If* I take it back I guess I'll bring the receipt and ask to exchange, because that shouldn't affect them giving me 15 quid worth in an exchange. The problem is I can find little in the stores that seem worth the price they charge!0 -

I returned the items to the store when the last glitch happened - it was when they accepted two discount codes. It totally confused those in the store. They call up the order on their system and they will see that it's £20 off (when the packing advice does say 20%). It took ages and they couldn't get the refund work properly for the delivery charge as it tried to discount that.
I must admit, if it were me and I was reasonably happy with the item, I wouldn't return it.¿Alguien ha visto a mi nave espacial?
