They call up the order on their system and they will see that it's £20 off (when the packing advice does say 20%). It took ages and they couldn't get the refund work properly for the delivery charge as it tried to discount that.
I must admit, if it were me and I was reasonably happy with the item, I wouldn't return it.
But I wonder if it would've been easier if you were just doing an exchange?
I can't believe I mananged to do this, don't know why I ordered both items in one go. Because if I don't want to keep this cardigan and can't take it back, it's kinda like I could've just paid full price for the one item I do want with no deal from the glitch.0 -

Think this may have been directed at me? If that's the case I ordered around ten o'clock in the evening on Saturday.0 -

I had my express delivery order delivered this evening.
I was disappointed by how small the package was :rotfl:, though I did only order small things.:wall:0 -
many thanks to op and cherry6 whose wise advice to go for express delivery paid dividends. 6 orders dutifully arrived this morning, all items except for a set of bracelets for dd (she was gutted). As for me , for a £30 outlay I am now stocked up with 6 bras and 10 pairs of tights woohoo:j:j0
