hmm, i think i have a problem, my money has gone out and its actually dispatched but seems to have been recalled actually from the hermes courier! Any thoughts?

This brings me to wonder when a contract is formed, as the goods have been paid for and actually dispatched! I spent almost £100 so if had actually been %20 i would have got almost £20 off anyway!

Mine is saying exactly the same. I have phoned and emailed them 3 times and still haven't got an answer. I also contacted Hermes and they said to contact Evans. The girl on the phone at Evans didn't have a clue. hope i will eventually get my money returned.
  • Same problem here, their t&c's do say " Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged" so it seems that by despatching, they may have completed the contract ..........

Mine was out for delivery but has never shown as with courier and now shows as Return - Processed by depot. Paid by Paypal so will see when refund is received.

Well done all who got their orders!

Received my order today. Shame that the dress had no shape to it so really don't like it, its also one of the ones that can't be exchanged store. Not really worth returning as i'll only get a £4.50 refund :(.

Sounds like one for Ebay ;)

Just got back from Evans - took back some shoes which were £22 but were in sale for £15. Got them originally for £0 plus £5 p and p. Said they were a present but too big. Tried smaller size on but didnt fit. Got back £22 gift voucher to spend in Evans, Dorothy Perkins, Wallis or Top Shop. Well pleased!:j

Evans have got back to me saying the 'parcel was refused at my address' and I will be credited with a refund once it reaches them again.

Blatantly untrue, they cancelled it not me, and it never got as far as me!

Mine has been tracked as a refused delivery.

However it was refused at 15.30pm and I would have been at school picking up my daughter then!

Definitely something fishy going on :(
Here I go again on my own....

They told me courier couldn't get access to my building - rubbish!

They finally admitted they recalled it due to the 20% thing.

If the contract is formed on dispatch then, it seems that they're breaking their contract with us.
