Evans glitch

Had my orders arrive yesterday thanks OP.

Some didn't fit right so I returned to store, said it was a present and money was put on to a money card for me. Will use it at a larger store where there is more selection.

Must say I've got a couple of lovely tops, I'm really chugged with what I've got.

my shoes and 1 pair of knickers just arrived all for the price of £0 thanks to evans refunding my postage, shoes are a little bit on the big size but still wearable, this is the first time i've ever had a code glitch work for me, i'm usually one of the unlucky ones, i'm very pleased.

Well I never!

I only placed one order, Saturday night around 7pm and paid for normal postage via paypal...and my account says:

Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

I cannot believe it.

I am jealous!

My orders have been cancelled! Saying the items were out of stock...WHATEVER! I have emailed them saying that I expect them to honour their mistakes. I shall let you all know their response....if any!

What did you order? When did you order and did you opt for the express delivery?

Had an email last night saying my order had been dispatch, this order was for £8 including delivery. The other two with delivery only were cancelled on Monday so had given up hope.

mine cancelled but did ask why they out of stock when they still selling them online and they did say they not out of stock ---

The email that you received, stating the items were out of stock, is an automated email sent to all customers whenever an order, or a part of it, has been cancelled. I apologise that this email did not accurately reflect the reason for the cancellation.

Hi is that gift card only usuable at evans or any arcadia store? Only asking as the giftcards you buy are for all arcadia stores
