hi i thought i would update about exchanging instore.

I took 3 items in today for an exchange, i wanted the same items in a different size but they didnt have them so i exchanged them for 2 other items. the lady took her time but did it with no problems. she was going to refund the difference but as i paid by paypal she said i could only have a exchange or gift card which was no problem for me.

i paid £5 x 3 online for 3 items and came home today with some trousers worth £22 and a costume worth £32 and a gift card for £8 so a bargain op thank you very much xx

I got a pack of 2 bra s which where way too small when they arrived ,took them in to the store today & they refunded onto a gift card no problem as they did nt have any bigger ones :j

Do you mean that you only paid delivery of £5 for three orders? If so, did you take your delivery note to the store? I got 4 orders for a total of £20 delivery but two of them are the wrong size. Just wondered how I could take them back if the delivery note states that I didnt pay anything for the items?

Hiya, i have emailed them several times now and had the same or similar response! Ive now got an e-mail saying they will honour the "original discount" if i make my order again.. however, im not sure whether they mean the 20% or £20 lol... have e-mailed to ask, problem is, a different person if replying every time!

Don't take your delivery note - say they were a present. Not sure who gives two bras as gifts though

Received my order today. Shame that the dress had no shape to it so really don't like it, its also one of the ones that can't be exchanged store. Not really worth returning as i'll only get a £4.50 refund .

i made 3 seperate orders and just made it up to £20 so i only had to pay the delivery charge. yes i took my delivery notes with me and they never said anything about the discount at the bottom of the invoice.

i didnt/couldnt say they were gifts anyway as it was swimwear and i was just chatting to the lady throughout the transaction.

hmm, i think i have a problem, my money has gone out and its actually dispatched but seems to have been recalled actually from the hermes courier! Any thoughts?

This brings me to wonder when a contract is formed, as the goods have been paid for and actually dispatched! I spent almost £100 so if had actually been %20 i would have got almost £20 off anyway!
