My rain jacket is nice and I am pleased with it. I paid £14.50 (including delivery) but I would never have paid the original £29.50 plus delivery charge.

just recieved 2 of my 3 orders all paid for by paypal for delivery today, rang cs and i have to wait till 7pm and if the other parcel hasnt arrived they will put £5 delivery charge back into bank,

1 order just arrived, 3 vest tops and 2 pairs of knickers for £7, the order that got delayed should come tomorrow which was a pair of shoes and 1 pair of knickers and they will be free WOOP!!! thanks op

If they sell instore can't you say that you lost your receipt & ask for an exchange or credit note?

assume this is them canceling it, even though has been passed to courier?
