Evans glitch

Express order done on Sunday received. Nice items but not worth the normal price. Standard post order done on Saturday still being packed - no email or paypal refund as yet.

I paid for standard delivery (didn't realise express was just a £1 more) and got a refund today. Apparently my items were out of stock but they still seem to be available on the website- I expect if I paid full price they would have magically found their way to me!

Never mind though, I didn't desperately want my order and wasn't expecting Evans to send it out anyway- it was fun choosing and hoping! well done to those of you who chose express delivery

mine got cancelled! Whilst i dont mind that atall, these things are always touch and go, arent they?! What im mega annoyed at is theyve said that my item was out of stock, whereas we all know that its because they didnt want to lose the money. Im going to e-mail to complain, simply about them lying instead of just saying the voucher was invalid or something.

Makes me cross how these huge companies feel that its okay to lie to their customers!

1 t-shirt i dont like so will ebay it and a tankini top and a pair of trousers are too small so will try and exchange instore

anyone exchanged anything instore when bought online before?

I can't believe it my second order using standard delivery is now showing "Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse". I've been very lucky. Maybe orders that were over the £20 were honoured? After the discount, my payment was for £11. Just a thought.

my order was £3.50 over the £20 and got cancelled.. i thought that too!

My 2 orders for standard delivery were £10 and £11 but they were both cancelled. I think you were just lucky. Well done!

My orders just arrived,looks like ebay or will be trying to exchange instore ,do nt know where they get their sizing from,but still a bargain for postage only :j
