Good luck with the new/old job doodah - sometimes it just works out that way
Sorry to hear about Barclaycard  Hope they reconsiderNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
thought i'd post a quick update. i've started my second job now, looking forward to getting paid on friday
we're half way through our no money at all 2 months... it's going ok, we've made about £90 on ebay this week! it's such a great feeling, getting rid of old junk/having a clearout + making money at the same time. my parents are being amazing, they've bought us loads of food, put petrol in my car, dad treated me to a haircut and mum bought us a chinese for our anniversary
still no luck with barclaycard, i have sent them another letter saying we can't afford to pay any extra and it would be unfair on our other creditors etc. but no response, so i'll carry on paying what we said we would anyway.31/12/2006 £8395, 01/10/2008 £5089.73, 19/10/2010 £835.00 31/03/2011 £0.00

we have got a ccj
it's for a debt to our old landlord, about £250. we received the court claim form in december and i filled it all in with our outgoings etc. + offer of payment, returned it and all of that, then we receive this letter last week saying "you have not returned the claim form, here have a ccj" i'm so angry!! i don't really know what to do with a ccj either, and i've had a letter from the landlord separately asking for payment proposals... i'm so confused :S31/12/2006 £8395, 01/10/2008 £5089.73, 19/10/2010 £835.00 31/03/2011 £0.00

Oh no
I'm not sure on CCJs it might be worth starting a new thread asking, then someone knowledgeable will be alerted to it

barclaycard have finally agreed! got a letter from them saying i had 48 hours notice to pay or they'd send bailiffs round
so i phoned them and they said they'd received my offer of reduced payments and they'd accept it for 3 months!! grr eeijits
we've offered to pay our ex landlord over 3 months so waiting to hear what she says. can she 'cancel' the ccj?31/12/2006 £8395, 01/10/2008 £5089.73, 19/10/2010 £835.00 31/03/2011 £0.00

I'm not sure about cancelling a CCJ
I'm sure Clapton would know, he seems to be very knowledgeable
