and now 6 months one from your original post have you had a full and frank discussion with your OH about your joint future an what you want/ need from him and how you are going to move your relationship forward?
I am genuinely pleased that you seem so much happier in yourself now than back then BUT to me this still seems like the elephant in the room....People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

Yes, we have, and we are working on it. I needed to get myself well before I could tackle that. Indeed I know what you mean about it being the elephant in the corner, but we are moving forward together and have had the conversations that were needed.

Having not been here for a while - I thought i'd swing by and wish everyone a very happy christmas.
What a complete roller coaster year for me. As a family today we had some good news, the local PCT have (finally) admitted liability in respect to their negligence which contributed to my darling mum's death.
What we do next is something we as a family need to decide but the knowledge that they have finally admitted their fault is perhaps the best christmas present I could have asked for. It won't bring my mum back but it means we finally have the acknowledgement and closure on what we knew all along.
I hope everyone on this forum has a very happy christmas. And thank you all for the support and compassion this year

Thanks for the update TS. I was wondering how you were getting on. Good news about the PCT admitting liability. Perhaps now you can have closure.
I wish you a Happy Christmas and a lovely New Year.0 -

Hi
I do feel sad but not an overwhelming emptiness that I felt before. I do hope that this will give me and the rest of my family some closure and we will be another step closer to moving on.
Thanks again

New Year, New Starts. I hope 2012 is a better one for me.
I think it's still going to be a rollercoaster, things are very much up in the air again with OH, but I'm ok. I'm coping I'm getting on with MY life with my friends and family supporting me.
