How do they actually know who went through this site to get the offer? Someone could have posted the same link else where for people to try their luck

Moneybookers have replied to say they have contacted Urban Beauti aka White Smile Ltd and I can expect a full refund of my money from the shysters within a few business days.

I can' believe the dispicable way this company treats its customers especially the e-mails spitting poison and threats.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Has anyone who received the box had any luck? My experience has been terrible.they don't reply to emails unless badgered. And when they finally do, their responses are rampant with threats.

I finally got my money back today! They threatened me with the police until I accused them of committing fraud for taking money for goods and then not issuing them. Lo and behold I get an email telling me they'll refund me

I certainly won't be using them again!

Finally received a full refund, thanks to Moneybookers. Will never buy anything from URBAN BEAUTI ever as they have got to be the worst company in the world. To send poisonous e-mails threatening their customers stinks.
