I think the orders will "get lost in the post" and they'll offer us our money back.

I finally lost my patience and gave the guys a call. They insisted that all Smooth Skin packages were sent out from their warehouse on the 19th. I brought to their notice that today's the 25th. I was 'advised' to wait until this weekend and to call back next week if I dont receive it. They will apparently send out a new one at that point.
