Just "googled" their address and its just a post box address at 758 Great Cambridge Road, Enfield, used by tons of different companies. We can say goodbye to our money - we've been duped by URBAN BEAUTI.

Anyone heard anything from these robbers? Paid by debit card - any ideas how I can get my money back?

I continued to follow up via email and telephone. On Friday morning (27 May) I told them I still hadn't received my package that they cliam was sent out on 11 May. They said they'd resend it with a tracking number, which was quoted to me in a later email. Unfortunately, I wasn't home on Saturday, and Royal Mail left me a 'while you were out' card. I've arranged for a redelivery which is due to arrive tomorrow. Wonder what's in the package.

I only get the answer machine when I ring. Must have sent them over 20 emails - none have been replied to. Today have put a letter in the post. Do keep us posted on whats in the box!

I still haven't received anything either, just sent them an email asking to refund money if they are not dispatching my package.....will see if they answer....as far as I'm concerned this company should be ok, because it was one of KGBdals offers, good job we didn't pay full amount....(£17)...

Looking on Companies House there isn't a listing for a company called Urban Beauti. I think we've been robbed.

jus had a look at this site, definitely dodgy:( if something looks to good to be true it probably is, hope that all of you that did pay get your money back, nothing worse then being robbed by scammers! x
