I've ordered one, and never received dispatch email, so I emailed them asking if they honour my order or not, if not I asked for refund, they replied very quick, saying

I ordered one and recieved a confirmation email shortly after saying that the money was taken via moneybookers and delivery would be 10 to 14 days, so looking forward to it arriving will keep you posted.

Great! I received the Moneybookers confirmation as well, and the money has left my bank account. However, 10-15 days for dispatch as mentioned on their website is a bit longer than i can be patient. But I'll also post an update as and when I hear from them.

I've tried entering in the random letters but everything is an invalid code :-( Oh well on to the next Grabbit I guess :-)!!

Money taken from bank. I e-mailed them yesterday but as yet no reply. Glitch seems to have been fixed now as random numbers aren't working.l
