With regards to the money you paid to KGB Deals for the product, you will need to contact them via their website or customer service team and let them know that you wish to have a refund. Then again we were also trying to scam them by not paying full amount for the product, we only paid postage cost, so I think shouldn't complain really, just wish they refund the P&P we paid.......

Not a sausage! I've contacted KGB deals as they deal with them and they have kindly provided another telephone number. No luck - the number isn't recognised.

Got it! Royal mail dropped it off this afternoon. It's exactly what they described on the website. Phew!

Just checked my bank account, got £4.96 refunded, so doesn't seem that they were trying to scam us, how are you doing anteater99? did you manage to get anything from them, can i help you in any way, maybe try and send them email on your behalf if you give me your order details.....please let me know.....

How about this - just received in my inbox....

It has come to our attention that you have recently purchased a Smooth Skin Box Set from Urban Beauti using a link posted on Money Saving Expert. As you are fully aware this link was for customers of KGB Deals only. The value of 1p is discounted because customers who purchased a voucher on KGB Deals paid £17 for the product. The voucher code you entered was 'kasrenb' which is not a valid code. The link is not to be used by persons who have not purchased a voucher. Please note that it is a criminal offence to obtain goods whilst knowing that you have not paid the full value of the item. If the product is not returned or paid for in full within 7 days we will have no option but to hand over your details to the police.

Nice customer service! I have just emailed them to advise this is a civil not a criminal matter and, as I have never received the item, I would just like my money back please. Also, I was not aware this was a KGB deal (whatever that is) just that there was a good deal which I took advantage of.
