I've not heard a thing despite e-mailing them 2 or 3 times a day - their inbox must be almost full! The one time I asked for a delivered receipt something came back in Chinese. The telephone number goes to answer machine and the number which KGB deals gave me isn't recognised. I have sent them a letter by snail mail but don't expect a response.

I won't give up if everyday for the next umpteen weeks, months, years I'll pester them for my money.

BIG WARNING DON'T DEAL WITH URBAN BEAUTI !!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T DELIVER THE GOODS.

I received the item yesterday, but have just had the email about reporting me to the police unless I pay up within so many day! Think I might ring Which? legal dept and check on my position as I have opened it so can't send it back and certainly don't want to pay for it!

I'm on the phone to Moneybookers who the payment went through. They have a non delivery department who are going to speak with Urban Beauti. They've registered my complaint and will get back to me within 48 hours.

I certainly don't want the set now, just my money back.

Nice customer service! I have just emailed them to advise this is a civil not a criminal matter and, as I have never received the item, I would just like my money back please. Also, I was not aware this was a KGB deal (whatever that is) just that there was a good deal which I took advantage of.

I received the same email as well. How nice of them to threaten their prospective customers!

They are the ones breaking all sorts of rules and regs by keeping our money when we've requested it back.

They are really, really stupid. I had no idea that there was a KGB deal on and, in any case, their system wasn't set up to take the proper code. I thought it was a good/great deal!

They have now alienated a whole group of people who would not touch their site again AND are making totally ridiculous threats. No crime has been committed and there is no breach of civil law. They should have simply emailed to say there had been an error and all monies would be refunded.

I too have been waiting for my Smooth Body Set from Urban Beauti.. they took my payment .. but have received nothing. when I looked at my e-mails tonight I was gobsmacked to read their threat to prosecute me for using an invalid code !!! I have e-mailed them stating that it is in fact themselves who are committing a crime by taking money from my account and not sending the goods !!

I got the same threatening email. I don't know who KGB is. And i was just taking advantage of a good deal. And, although my box is unopened, who will pay for the return delivery, and what about my 4.96 that I paid them? What can these guys do if I don't do anything? I've told them all this via email, but am still wondering what to do about this.
