Maybe it depends on the cost of your order and how far you're pushing it? ie. how many orders.

I placed an order 10 days ago which I received and then placed a second last night which has already been despatched. I used both the £5 & £10 discounts (not the 25%) but both of my orders still came to around the £20 mark once discount was added?....or it might just be random?

Yes, I think that does have a say in whether or not they are despatched.
I placed 3 orders with ALL the codes added, all have £10 code taken off.
I did get my order a couple of weeks ago with just the 2 codes and paid about £11, and as said I have another on its way. Still very happy with that!

My 2 orders have merged. I used 2 different credit cards, so not sure what they will do about that. I had one order for me and another in my name for my daughter.

The net that I have to pay is the same though.

Hopefully it will stay that way. I have spent £20 so perhaps they are happy for my orders to be processed.

OMG my second order from my only account has just dispatched!!
so now I've used £30 discount on one account same email, same card, same details, I just waited until first order was received, this may be worth a try for you all

I placed my previous order on Sunday, just went to dispatched status, and it includes both £5 and £10 discounts, and 25% off the most expensive item - all good.

However, just placed another order and strangely the 25% discount was included automatically (for the most expensive item), postage is free, however now it's doesn't accept the £10 and £5 discounts.

Any hints how to add £10 and £5 codes?

Place an order from a new account with the same details, use the codes and the two orders will be merged with all discounts applied.

How long does it usually take for the orders to merge?

Just need to find some items to "buy" that do not ship until July.

The last time they merged my orders, it was the day after placing the second order.

You can always delete the item you don't want and keep the 3 discounts for the items you've already ordered.
