I made another order this morning and used the codes. I picked payment slip as the card wasn't working. If the items come and the discount hasn't come off I'll simply return them all and will owe nothing

they have cancelled my order with the payment slip, made another one last night paying with card, 11.+ but then amended it and it's now 4.50GBP and they updated to "in progress" fingers crossed

My account is locked too I dont know what this means exactly lol... hopefully it will open again soon My accounts for my mum are fine though, just the ones in my name =/ Maybe I did too many

hmmm i placed 2 orders on saturday still pending and one i placed yesterday which has been despatched all had the same delivery date i paid by card

the card payment system was down the other day so if u just hold off am sure u can place your orders soon once its fixed

Just to let people know, i tried to pay using my card about two hours ago and it wouldn't let me, ive just tried again and it went through no problem. Seems the system is back up

I placed my order on 18th May.Just gone to check it as delivery was down as 3-6 june (i think) and it's stated it's in progress.So clicked on that bit and it says 'Delivery:31 May' and has a link to track it,the link says they will have the information soon.No money has been taken from my bank account.

Never ordered online with them before so have never seen such a muddled system.

So is it on it's way?Meant to be here today?Why has no money been taken??lol

my second order says this too, my last order also said it, I'm hoping it will be ok, they charge at dispatch which is why no money has been taken yet, my last order didnt have a Hermes link though, it says something like we are awaiting information on your shipment soon.
the date is just the date they sort it out I think my last order came 6 days after that date , hope this helps

just to let you guys know i think they may have problems with firefox because when ever i use firefox to place an order my card never goes through but when i use IE it works fine.. just placed my 4th order went through fine
