lol no, not confused I've used 5 (I think) email addresses that have all been merged together.
I've had 2 orders come, 2 just dispatched on 27th & 30th and one ordered today.
I've had 2 orders on 2 accounts waiting to be picked and dispatched at the same time - they're the 2 that have just been dispatched.
None of my items have been cancelled and none of the prices have been changed either.

I'm not sure why you're having the problem of item's being deleted unless they're now OOS? Sometimes by the time you get to the checkout items have sold out and they disappear from your basket? The problem with the glitch allowing you to use the 3 codes is that, although you can see how much they propose to take out of your account, you don't know what items you're getting and with which discount until the items are dispatched and the money is taken out.

If I was you I waould just try again with a different email address and see what happens. Keep checking both the accounts for both the new email and the original email to see what happens when/if they merge them

I have an order waiting for despatch 6-10 June, I would like to place another order but am worried if I do, when they merge the accounts they will only use one set of codes, so will be paying full price for one order IYKWIM...has anyone had this happen? I have had it happen previously and am nervous now about ordering when items are waiting for despatch.

tried to avoid this but just ordered two dresses and some jewellery for the other halfs birthday! £13 thanks OP!

They just accepted the codes on my one and only account will it get cancelled, I have already used this deal once on the account,and had my delivery, wondering if maybe I'm the only one cheeky enough to have tried it?
Had my confiramtion email through same as last order.

Delivery charge: £3.90

Hi has anyone tried ordering from H&M and the website says it can't take cards at that time? I'm just wondering how long card payments are normally down for? I'd like to place the order but don't really want to use any of the other payment methods.

i just placed a order and the card system was down so i just asked for a payment slip. dont know how long they are down for but things do go out of stock very quick.

Thanks I wasn't sure I wanted them doing a credit check on me. But I guess I want my sales items so I'll just have to go for it and ask for a payment slip.

I might give it another hour to see if their card payments are up and running again and then go for it.
