I've never had a problem with firefox ordering with h&m.

Be careful as I placed an order and the £10 code went through fine but when I checked the order today the £10 discount was taken off!!

same here! i shall be checking it all the time now, thank goodness its unlocked now. i was getting worried there for a mo!

Did you put it back on again? I have tried and it's there at the moment, will keep checking periodically though as don't fancy my chances!

did it disappear whilst in pending orders or after the in progress bit please?

Huge longshot but I don't suppose anyone bought the black/pink hearts dress in a 12 and wants to sell or swap it for a 10?
I keep checking and it's not been back in stock in a 12 for ages

just wondering, paid my order by bank card, is the monthly instalments an account with them/credit agreement thing?

I made three separate orders under different email addresses, however today they have been merged together and the total payment came to higher than original so I deleted some items. When I log in to each of the three accounts, it shows the four items I have ordered. Does this mean I will receive three times these four items or one lot? Sorry if this seems silly!

When they merged 2 of my accounts I could see the order on both accounts but I only actually recieved one order. HTH
