be careful doin that, iv ordred somthing to "buy" that dosent come in stock till july and its come in stock over night and gone to processing

Thanks.It's been dispatched now but no money taken yet,which is unusual but I'll keep an eye on it as it will clearly be out in the next couple of days and I have an awful habit of forgetting pending payments

They're working on the site again. I've just tried to log in and it's coming up saying the site will reopen at 4am.

I have a feeling they might be fixing the glitch, after all the discounts they've been removing from peoples accounts today and the card issues people have been having.

I just went to check my order and a fleece blanket has disappeared from my order, yet is still being charged the same. I guess I'll have to wait until the money has actually been taken out of my account and the item has arrived before I can take this up with H&M.

Anyone got any suggestions of what might have happened?

I placed 2 orders (£10+£5 codes only) on the 30th - different e-mails, same address & card. They were merged yesterday with one top listed as unable to be delivered, both sets of codes working and one delivery charge. Today the order has changed to 'in progress' with delivery listed as today and the top they said wouldn't be sent is included in the item list, so fingers crossed it'll arrive too! 8 items for £16.32 (3 vests, 1 cardigan, 1 dress, 2 pairs of shoes & jeggings)...very happy, thanks OP!

Does anyone have any experience in whether the first part of an order can be shipped if the total is a minus figure?? Mine has merged and its meant that all the discount has gone on the first order?

I have an order placed with Topshop and my tracking isn't working on the Hermes site either

Mine was dispatched Monday and still has not updated.
