Looks like they have fixed the £10 code, as I when I paste it (on a £30 spend), it comes up withThe order value doesn't apply for this discount code, or the code is invalid. Please check the conditions and that you have entered the code correctly.
The other two codes still appear to work though.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -

Does anybody know what the process is for exchanging items by return?
I sent a couple of pairs of jeans back to exchange for a different size, 26/05/11. The expected date of delivery isn't until 13/06/11.
BUT, I have received a refund in my bank of the price I paid less delivery, and the new order is showing on my account as the order price without the £10 discount.
SO, will H&M attempt to take the full amount from my card when they send out the new order? Can they do this without me authorising it?
FIRST ORDER
Total: £16.98
plus P&P: £3.90
Taken from bank: £20.88
REFUNDED: £16.98
ORDER NOW SHOWS:
Total: £26.980 -
Am I wrong or does your actual basket have to be £6 after discount and minus P&P? I can't get the discounts to work, a box keeps coming up saying basket needs to be £6 and keeps coming up if this includes the P&P amount too.

Is the order an exchange for your returned items (ie hm placed the order for you) or have just just returned the items and placed a new order for the item yourself?
If it is an exchange (order placed by hm) I would think they would have to go by the price you originally paid, this is how it works in stores as long as you have the original receipt (which you would have needed to send the items back anyway).
I would contact them and get them to alter the price, if they refuse tell them you are going to contact trading standards etc and they might back down.0 -

It is an exchange, I didn't change anything on the order (except obviously send it back to change for a different size), didn't cancel the original order and didn't make a new order, H&M seem to have done that though.
They have issued me a refund, and I suspect they will then try to take the new amount from my bank, but I am not sure how they will do this because surely I will have to authorise the transaction?
I have emailed them, so will have to wait and see what they say.0 -
the £10 off code doesnt work any more =(0

Yep. Stopped working at midnight. The £5 off code still works fortunately.
The interesting thing is that the same codes work for all european markets. For example 1304 gives you €5 in Germany. So hopefully new codes will be leaked soon.
Also, the 25% off code works on multiple items, for example if you buy 4 identical items you get 25% off the total amount for 4 items. So, in theory, you can buy 4 identical items, get 25% off, keep one and return 3 "unwanted" items to H&M."Retail is for suckers"
