I ordered stuff using these codes 3 weeks ago and then got a letter in the post today asking to phone them about security issues with my order.
I phoned them and they asked where I got the codes from and then said I wasn't allowed to use these codes because they are given to other customers when something goes wrong with their order and these codes are used as a "good faith" type thing and seeing as it was a new account I had opened they didn't understand how I had got the codes.
They were decent enough on the phone but i'm really annoyed that it took them that long to contact me, as far as I was concerned my order was on it's way!0 -
my order was despatched and even ater 10 days its not reaches so when i called to check they asked where i got the codes from as well... on suggesting that a friend gave them to me she said i could not use them and she was going to take them off my account. i told her to cancel the order in that case to which she said she would allow it this one time!!
has anyone's orders ever gone missing in the post?0 -

Did your account say the order had despatched? Just curious as I'm waiting on mine but they have all apparently been despatched0 -
I ordered on May 24th. My account shows that the order has been dispatched on May 25th and my credit card shows the amount has been taken on that day. However, nothing has turned up yet!0
