Same here , says delivered and signed for on 19th may but only dispatched yesterday. Im a bit worried but dont want to contact them incase they ask about codes

have you been charged if so I'd definitely ring them, did you have a tracking number?
Dont know if you can call the couriers, think you might have to ring them if it's marked as delivered, it could have gone elsewhere but still been sent, it probably would alert them though.
When did you make the order as it takes about a week for h&m to deliver according to their website, hope you get it

I contacted them yesterday and asked where my parcels were, and she asked me why i had more than one account, and i told her there was nowhere in the terms and conditions that i wasnt allowed to have more than one account. she then went on to ask where i got the codes so i told her i got them off a friend who no longer wanted them, she then said she would take all the codes off my order and deliver it at the price it should have been at, at that point i told her if the code was only for one person then you should have stopped it. She said i should have known that but being a new customer i obviously didnt know, after about 15 minutes of reasoning and me bringing trading standards into it, she finally gave up. but i still havent recieved my stuff

I had a pair of trousers that were oos but they actually ended up being dispatched two days after the rest of the order had been, the 1st order arrived within 2 days, the trousers hadn't arrived so I rang them (paid full price for trousers anyway) and were told they were sent dhl? They did arrive this tuesday so 2 weeks to arrive!

Seems they use hermes, dhl & royal mail. So if anyone is awaiting a delivery that shows dispatched with no tracking it may be in dhl's hands. HTH

received my order, total should have been £2.39 using all the 3 codes but the payment slip says total as £5.41, it shows all the codes being used but i cant understand why it came to this?

I know its not much, think i should just pay rather then them realising and issue a new payment slip

Just an update, i forgot to say mine order arrived about 10 days ago.
I ordered a pair of short, tank top and a cardigan for a grans sum of £10.37.
Very please with this as it will be great for our delayed honeymoon!

And just to confuse matters further, I once had an order delivered by them that was clearly sent by DHL (had the labels etc all over the package) but was definitely actually delivered by Royal Mail!! Very strange!

My experience is that small or single items are sent DHL/Royal Mail (no tracking) and larger or multiple items are sent Hermes (with the tracking link).

They are rather slow with delivery - often takes a week. And it often takes a day or so for any delivery info to show up on the Hermes website (sometimes not even until after delivery actually!)

Hopefully everyone's stuff should arrive soon
