Firefox 4 - Whats it like - should I upgrade now? Updated: Firefox 5.0 Already?

Natty update manager has just installed FF 5.0.

I'm on FF5 now (LMDE), not much difference. I am disappointed in FF though. The last update made it look like opera and now its following chrome. Was a time it was leading with this sort of thing. Still can't be beat on the extension front though.

Maybe it will end up with you having the version they want you to have, or no firefox

Logmein doesn't work so uninstalled, also had some random crashes and websites not displaying right. Version 3 was the best imo.
Sticking with ie9 which is the first time I thought IE to be bloody good, and chrome which is as reliable as ever.

Firefox is the new ie 5.5

I upgraded to FF4 on one pC, and will be reverting to 3.x.
I usually have multiple windows open, and when I middle-click a link it is supposed to open a new tab in the current window, but it usually opens it in another one.
(It does it in safe mode too, so it's not a plugin/addon.)

FF4 and FF3 are both End of Life and will not have security or bug-fixes going forward.

Most of them will if you disable add-on compatibility ..

You can get the latest nightly builds (v.7) from here if anyones interested .. http://nightly.mozilla.org/ ..

If you're unsure about it , it's probably safest to create a profile specially for testing , but it seems to work fine for me as my browser of choice!
