I'm having trouble too, I click on 'transmit barcodes' and it beeps as if it's transmitting but then stops and it doesn't show how many I've uploaded. I click again and it starts beeping again and the process starts again. Don't know what's going on. :eek: I can't upload till receipts either.

my is not working either:o really dont like it and its Sunday so its not we have some extra time to do it...

I tried this morning and the site was really slow, did manage to upload though.

Goodness knows what they're going to make of my barcodes, I kept trying, the scanner kept beeping, then stopping, they must be all jumbled up their end!

I've been 2 hours and finally got rid of mine :mad: Each click took about 3 minutes to get to it's place... And I've still got food diary to do ... will wait until midnight to do that or I shall burst a blood vessel! This is the first time in years it's been like this for me. Sigh. In the past I have written messages to them and uploaded it on a sheet of paper with my till receipts

I do recall once when on had issues transmitting they advised that l should have just scanned a random barcode, may be worth trying, l couldn't on that occasion as l had missed the midnight deadline.
