Anyone else having problems uploading the data?

Connecting to the desktop app it starts the upload then times out, I've not changed any of my software in the last couple of weeks will email them but wondered if anyone else has had the same problem?

I got a message saying I did not upload my receipt and missed out on 500 points, but I am sure i did them!!

Shopandscan is getting better, now doing there web meter and tv meter, Get 25,000 for first lot, then 5000 a month and 30,000 bonus at end of year.

So getting a possible 31,400 points a month

hi, how did you get onto the tv and web meter? was you sent a invite

I actually sent them an email enquiring about how to join, they sent me email back asking how i heard and then asked to send my panel number and would be put on a waiting for the next round of invites.

I sent the email last november and got invite cpl of weeks ago.

So if a panel member allready, send them an email asking how to join.

I have received a letter from Shopand Scan telling me that I "have been scanning little or no shopping recently". They said that they think they did not get a reasonable amount of barcodes from me in the last few months. They said that "hope I remain in the panel however, failure to scan all my shopping may result in termination of my panel membership".
What do they mean by "reasonable" amount of barcodes? I do scan every product I buy and never failed to send them the barcodes. I shop on offers/deals and dont buy a lot. Could it be a problem? Have anyone experienced the same from them?

I have heard of other people (esp single people) being removed for not scanning enough. In this recession time you would think they understand people are cutting back on things.

Thank you for your reply. I also thought that they understand that in the recession people spend less. They can remove me if they want but I will not be spending more just to remain in their panel. Just not right.

do you have to be invited to join shop and scan? if so, does anyone want to invite me?? ..................
