I've been a member for about 6 years now, and still have enormous fun! (I think I need to get out more!) There are only 2 of us, and I do a big shop once a month on payday. I do get a paper every day and scan that ... and I buy milk, bread, some veg each week too ... never amounts to more that £10 though. They've not kicked me off, so you should be OK.

Yes, they seem to want a mix of households, I live alone and only buy small amounts daily, sometimes only two days a week, never a big shop, I scan it all, flower seeds, plants, batteries, pedometer even

Guess it all counts in somewhere

I only ever scan my groceries, I emailed them a while ago and they said they were only interested in food, cleaning stuff or basically whatever I buy from my main shop.

I also only scan my main weekly shop and don't do any top up shops.

Could be why they like the mix, I do not have a main shop, I go all over the place with no favourite shop

I am quite shocked, I got my points for last week, and I had enough for a £10 amazon voucher. in my first week, is this normal? will i have enough for a voucher every week??

and is it normal for them to not be emailed through straight away?

I guess you received bonus points when you signed up/transmitted your first set of barcodes. I think I received 10,000 points initially so that would explain how you were able to claim a voucher in your first week. Unfortunately no, you will not earn enough points for a voucher every week for Shop and Scan........if only eh! You receive 1100 points for transmitting barcodes and 500 points for uploading your receipts each week.

    Which voucher did you request?

Yes you don't normally get a voucher emailed straight.away. You will need to wait for it. Usually upto 2 weeks.

From the main web site go to your reward account. When logged in there go to My Rewards and then Order History.

Click on the order number and you'll see the e-code
