I emailed Shop and Scan about how many points I would earn and this is the response I got,
"Your monthly reward is 450 points. These are issued at the end of each month.
When there is a survey taking place a questionnaire will be issued to you. These take place every couple of months.
You will also receive an email each month with the ShopandScan newsletter. This will have the competitions on it.
Once you are scanning regulary and your equipment is communicating with us you will also be entered into a draw each month to win big points prizes.
I hope this helps. Should you require anything further do not hesitate to contact me.
Kind Regards,

Apparently when I earn 1,000 points I can get a £10 voucher and I don't have to "add receipts".
How come some are taking about getting 1,600 points a week, 500 points for adding receipts and 1100 points for uploading barcodes?0 -
My wife has been doing the S&S for about two years, I do not know where the info you have had from S&S has come from but to get a £10 voucher you need 10,000 points not 1000. Each week you get 1100 points for your bar codes and 500 points for your till receipts giving a total of 1600 points max per week.
This 1000 point one for a £10 voucher is news to me and I would love to know {if correct} why there are many people doing S&S and having to wait until they accrue 10,000 points to get the £10 .0 -

I wonder if it is anything to do with the fact that I reside in Northern Ireland and that I do not have to submit receipts (acording to a Shop and Scan representative?!? :undecided0 -

I have never submitted receipts, the best thing to do to knock your points up is to get on to the panel food on the go as i have sandwiches chocolate drinks etc every day i just text the barcodes etc to them and you can accrue up to £5.00 worth of points a week which is great as they add up really quickly, if i was just on the shop and scan panel i don't think i would bother continuing with it as the points would take ages to add up.0 -
Anyone any idea how to get an invitation please as been wanting to do this for a while. Looks fun0

Why am I not getting invited to the food on go and petrol panel?
I have been a member of shop and scan for over 2 years now and never missed a submission each week.
I have registered my interest on the volunteerforpanel page several times over the last 2 years and heard nothing back.
Anyone have and idea how they select people?0 -

Hi please could anyone tell me how to get on the petrol or food on the go?
Have sent them god knows how many emails and not one reply. I have just sent an email via volunteer4panels even though I am already a member.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thats all you can do, email them to say that you are interested in joining other panels and when they have an opening in your area they will invite you.
It is frustrating, I had to wait 2 years before I got on to scanning my shopping :eek:I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know.
