Just had an email that confirms Chalkysoils phone call

Thank you for your continued help on our ShopandScan Panel.

We are aware that you may have experienced some difficulties in using our website, https://www.shopandscan.com, to either transmit your barcodes or send us an image of your till receipts over the weekend. As a result we are extending the deadline for you to do this until midnight tonight, Monday 15th April. If you had difficulties over the weekend then you can transmit your barcodes or submit your till receipt images to us today and you will still receive your weekly points within the next 48 hours.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you and we will endeavour to ensure that these problems do not arise again in the future.

I have also received the email from them. My only problem over the weekend was that when I tried to download my receipts the page kept sticking but it did manage to go right in the end.:D

i got my clicker! i have to admit its quite fun! im sure that novelty will wear off eventually though.

I do fear that because its just me and my daughter and i dont buy much they might not want to keep me..

The novelty hasnt worn off for me. I actually quite enjoy it every week and its quite quick getting the points to mount up! I did a questionnaire the other day for an extra 500 points and it only took a couple of minutes.

My household is only me and hubby and I only scan Tesco food shop once a week and they have never commented that its not enough.

I've been a member for about 6 years now, and still have enormous fun! (I think I need to get out more!) There are only 2 of us, and I do a big shop once a month on payday. I do get a paper every day and scan that ... and I buy milk, bread, some veg each week too ... never amounts to more that £10 though. They've not kicked me off, so you should be OK.

I've just recieved an invite, wasn't expecting it at all as it was a long time ago I signed up. I've filled in my join up form so will hopefully be on my way soon.

first time trying to upload barcodes and i just cant seem to get it to work! when its plugged in does it have to be on green to be able to upload? i even tried using the desktop app and it says it isnt connected. downloaded the driver thing too

Green means fully charged, so don't worry too much about that, but make sure you are using internet explorer when uploading.

i was, i emailed them
its like the computer cant even find it

hope they make it mac compatible soon..

Have you installed the drivers for it?
Have you got another lead you can try? (the one they supplied me with only lasted for a few weeks)
