ive just submitted mine - scanner would not reset for ages - but apart from that no problems.

I've managed to upload receipts, but every time i try and transmit, my IE stops resonding and closes.... i'll try again later

I'm having problems submitting the barcodes. Keep getting a transmission error 1 message.

i had this problem when i started - it turns out i was using firefox and not Internet Explorer, if you are not already try submitting via IE.

If that doesn't help you im sure someone else will have the answer for you, if not try calling, they are really helpful.

i've had about enough already and only been with them 2 weeks. i simply CANNOT upload my receipts. am using IE but everytime it gets through with submitting the it comes back "webpage cannot be displayed".

i tried for an entire evening last week (8 or 9 times) and gave up... only today have i realised i never re-tried and missed the sunday cut off. tried anyway.... same problem!

have emailed em will see if i get any reply.

ETA: just managed to send them - 1 at a time!! It apparently doesn't like the tif files as they are too big despite suggesting you use them!

I had this problem too, they said to scan a few more bar codes to clear it, did the trick. HTH.

Maybe get a better scanner, that doesnt save the files as .tif?

I've got a Kodak scanner, scans the receipts into .jpeg, straight onto shop&scan website and job done, takes about 5 seconds.

No-one else complains, seems like the only problem is at your end.

Anyone having trouble submitting their scanning barcodes this week? I have been trying and trying, scanned some more things, still coming up with error 2. I have checked all my settings and they are fine. I;ve emailed them but have not heard anything yet. Just wondered if it was just me.

My receipts that I submit are tif files, and I have never had a problem. I do resize before I send, 1" x 1.5", if you are able to resize before sending try that, and see if it works. Diane
