I've rang them up, and I got told I don't do enough shopping and they expect £50 a week of shopping from me!!! Whhhhhhat! They've re instated me, but I've got to do more shopping....!

I also got asked why I scanned the photoframe and marker pens I bought from Tesco. I said ''because you want us to scan everything!!!?!''

if i'm having a tight money week I don't always spend £50!

re: photo frame etc I woulda scanned them too. someone once asked them what they wanted scanning and the reply was "it's too difficult to make a list of don'ts so do everything".

I assume they have some sort of "average" in mind as to what "enough shopping" is for the household. Living alone I certainly do not spend £50 a week, and as I have said before, sometimes I go days without buying anything, then just buy a pint of milk and maybe some fruit for instance

I have however been on the panel for years, so I guess they know how I live / shop by now and perhaps I am typical of older male single household which suits their sampling?

I had a problem with them once they we're rather rude in their email response, when they finally emailed me back I must admit they are not a very friendly bunch however I have to agree about the minimum spend thing I dont spend that much some weeks and others I shop loads and I scan EVERYTHING I buy, its what they told me to do when I signed up I've never had them ask me why I scanned something though and I have been with them for a while now got a LOT of vouchers from them but god help someone who forgets to submit by midnight every Sunday I've had emails and postcards demanding I submit right away or be kicked off the panel 2 or 3 times, luckally I've managed to remember by Monday and the very few times I have had to submit on Monday I have still got the points for the previous week I do love been on the S&S network its very rewarding but the customer service is not so rewarding or pleasing lol xxLeighxx

i signed up for their saturday reminder e-mail.........that they send out monday lunchtime.... then i get stroppy reminder phonecalls asking why i havn't submitted anything.
