no idea what the migration bonus is. Probably something to do with people who have been with shop and scan for quite a while, ie when shop and scan was with Kantar only or TNS only, I think TNS and Kantar merged together and these people qualified for a bonus for sticking with shop and scan.

You will get 1100 points every week for sending your barcodes. You will get 500 points a week for sending scanned receipts.

I would assume that if you only send 1 receipt a week, they will ask you if you are shopping more and where? and if so why aren't you scanning?

They do have the right to cancel the contract with you.

Hope this helps answer your question.

Iam doing this from 2 months,i do scan all the shopping barcodes, but i only send 1 receipt though iam getting 500 points with no problem

Hi Aesop, the migration bonus was when they changed over the clicker to a new one so they could start asking for more details, such as scanning multibuy offers and also scanning veg, fruit etc. That's also when it changed from 1000 points a week to 1100 for scanning. :)

 I've been in hospital and I got a phone call to tell me they are removing me even after I explained the situation :mad::mad: How can I scan if I am not at home and before I was home people were shopping for me and I was eating takeout due to being heavily pregnant and extremely fussy!! I'm most angry at being 1100 points away from another voucher :rotfl:

  • I think you are supposed to let them know beforehand of any changes such as going on holiday or in your case going to hospital or illness.

Yes, you are supposed to notify them through the website if you are unable to scan either due to holiday/illness or even if you have not bought any items during the week to scan.

You could try e-mailing them and appealing profusely, and see what they say.

I've also just been kicked off the panel due to illness. They're a harsh bunch.

I've e-mailed to explain... I'll see what they say.

Quite harsh considering I've been with them over a year and never had any issues. :(

How am I meant to email them if I'm in hospital?? I didn't have it pencilled in my diary in advance! They phoned me 2 days after I came home and I had submitted barcodes. Definately harsh

email them and explain what happened and how you had no way of contacting them. being in hospital, shop and scan is not a priority and not exactly on your speed dial!

hopefully someone with common sense will read your email and reinstate you.
  • Apparently I've been kicked because I don't do enough shopping. They kicked me off without even telling me of the problem. My shopping is not enough for a family of 2 people. Hmmmm.
