tried the FAQs still no luck - emailed them and they just sent me the FAQS by email!

ok, have you tried clearing cookies and cache on IE? Then uninstall and reinstall the software from the website.

Point your clicker at the wall, until the red light goes out.

Then try again.

I have just transmitted my bar codes and uploaded my receipts with no problems Emma. Try again it should be ok. I am using IE.:)
