I can't submit my barcodes! the drivers are installed, i'm using I.E i just cant get it to work!

You still need to tell them you haven't done any shopping, otherwise they will remove you from the scheme for lack of transmissions.

crystal - you get 1100 points for a successful transmission of barcodes and 500 points for uploading receipts.

They email you usually on a Monday to say whether or not you have received your 500 points for receipts, then Tuesday for your barcodes for 1100 points.

Thanks for this! Although I can't seem to find the section where you would inform them of this unlikely situation. Any ideas anyone?

If you scroll down the column on the left,on the shop and scan homepage, you can click on the link unavailable to transmit.

use the FAQS to help you, there maybe a problem with your scanner, sorry not allowed to be on comp for long, otherwise would look for you.

I know one of the suggestions is to point at a blank wall and click on the button, so the red light shows. I think this is to clear it of any problems.

Hold down button until red bar on wall goes out, then reconnect clicker

joined last week but i just wish they supported FF as well as IE. i will need to set a reminder to use ie every week before i upload!
