Yes, I received the 10,000 points several months ago for the migration. I love TNS/Kantar!

Hi,

I have just started shopnscan from last month...could anyone tell me whats migration bonus?? Also i need to ask does the points you get every week depends on how much shopping you do? I mean more shopping means more points, or is this fixed no matter how much quantity?
Please advise

no idea what the migration bonus is. Probably something to do with people who have been with shop and scan for quite a while, ie when shop and scan was with Kantar only or TNS only, I think TNS and Kantar merged together and these people qualified for a bonus for sticking with shop and scan.

You will get 1100 points every week for sending your barcodes. You will get 500 points a week for sending scanned receipts.

I would assume that if you only send 1 receipt a week, they will ask you if you are shopping more and where? and if so why aren't you scanning?

They do have the right to cancel the contract with you.

don't think i'll last long in that case - i keep forgeting to do barcodes/ receipts with a baby and toddler so 1 or 2 a week is all they get.

I have been with them for years and my weekly total of barcodes is between 40 and 70. I don't do receipts - too much effort and they said I didn't have to.

I don't send receipts either, never have time and often work away from home and forget, I haven't been told I have to send.

The points are fixed, regardless of how much or little you buy or how often you scan or transmit, which is good for me as sometimes I only buy a dozen or so items a week

I never bother with till receipts, more trouble than it is worth for me
