I get an email on a tuesday saying they have been successfully added. Check your spam account in case it has gone in there.

I've checked around and no email. I've also logge dinto my reward account and definitely don't have the 1100 points this week. Perhaps it is because of the mistakes I made?

I have recently signed up for the shop and scan web view but I am now having second thoughts as it is making my computer really slow.

Is it affecting anyone else?

When i did web view, i kept getting the message Internet Explorer has stopped working.Not had the message since i uninstalled the web view.

it doesn't affect my computer at all. I find IE8 is slow all by itself so don't use it anyway.

What I do is log in and check a few sites so it registers for the web view and don't use it again till the following week.

Are you using IE? As that maybe what is making your computer slow.

Do you shut down your computer everyday? If not, you need to do a restart, in case there are updates that need to be done and you should find it is ok.

when i did my first barcode transmission it didn't do anything at first so i unplugged the usb lead and then re connected it all and it all started bleeping and submitted ok. my bonus 10,000 points for first shop went on to my rewards the very next day.HTH

Shut down everytime I have finished, I have disabled it at the moment and it seems to be working better. Think I will need to keep doing that whenever it goes more slowly, especially if downloading something.
