Got an email this morning, saying I have been awarded 2500 points for webview. Shame I couldn't send my receipts through last night.

Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help me.

I got an automated voicemail left for my from Shop and Scan saying, "please upload your barcodes weekly, even if you have not done any shopping."

So this got me thinking. If there was a week in which I did NO shopping (highly unlikely for me but it could happen I guess) how can you transmit anything? They've confused me by saying that.

Can anyone help? Would be useful to know what to do in this case.

can i also ask a question please. i submitted 2 lots of shopping this week and 2 separate receipts , i got an e mail which said i had had 500 points added to my account is this right? as i thought you got 1000 points a week

The 500 points are for your receipts.

You'll get a separate email for your barcodes, 1100 points for those, so better than you expected

Janine - you need to go into your account, and tell them you do not have any barcodes to transmit. I am at work, so can't log into my account and give you the information on screen.

You still need to tell them you haven't done any shopping, otherwise they will remove you from the scheme for lack of transmissions.

crystal - you get 1100 points for a successful transmission of barcodes and 500 points for uploading receipts.

They email you usually on a Monday to say whether or not you have received your 500 points for receipts, then Tuesday for your barcodes for 1100 points.
