hmmm i didn't get any scanner/phone wires no idea why you'd need them so sorry can't help.

was trying to put up copy of letter but don't know how to do it ,have scaned it but can't get it onto her .


it says sent in box
no mention of cable for computer

3,power/telephone lead
4, codebook
5, panelguide book

have you checked the telephone lead is actually a telephone lead and not a usb cable (sorry still can't understand why they'd send a telephone lead) or a handset/ cradle.....

i have to keep the cradle connected to phone line and then put scanner into cradle and it charges it and its supposed to transmit to shop and scan twice a week it automaticly rings them
does that make sense

ahhh just seen.... are you in Northern Ireland?? looks like it may be different then us in UK
