there is Nielsen shop and scan. But they are more fiddly. You have a handheld scanner, which you have to use the keypad to input information like who went shopping, who accompanied that person, how much was the item, was it on offer, total bill, where you shopped, how you paid.

the points are only 75 a week and takes a while to add upto any decent offers. Also they take the codes direct from your scanner via telephone line, they collect codes on a sat night.

Hi i broke my scanner a couple of months ago and thought I would have to pay for a replacement. I would like to put your mind at rest I didn't they sent a rep round to sort it out quickly. I'm sure you will be fine just let them know hope that helps. What you have to remember is the data your giving them is worth alot more than the unit it's self.

I have a question if anyone can help...

Just uploaded my till receipt, was quite a long one so took up four pictures on my phone. They only give you three boxes though in the 'single receipt split between multiple image files' bit, so I had to send 3 pics off first then when I went to add the fourth after it said I couldn't as that bit was for multiple pics, grr. So had to send it in the 'complete receipt in one picture' bit, which no doubt they will say is wrong. How do the rest of you do it?

I would have submitted 2 pics in the multiple images of one receipt bit first, then the other 2 pics using the same upload box. Then it would have gone through.

I have had a invitation to webview from shop and scan, is anyone doing it?.

I have been a member of Shop'n'Scan for a few years now. I also have Webview in my PC. When you agree to Webview you have to download a piece of software from Kantar and have it in your PC, but this will not do any harm to your PC. When it is in your PC, it sends information back to Kantar everytime you login to your PC. The information is about what you do on your PC. Every month you get awarded 500 points for having it in your machine.:beer:
