I am a member of Shopandscan but ive never heard of the Food Diary. Do i have to be invited to take part in it?

I am a member of the Food Diary Panel and Shop and Scan. Food Diary Panellists can refer people to take part. I can refer you if you are still interested. There is a thread on the Referrals Board for more information and for other referrers of this panel.

Help, I am running Windows 7 on a 64 bit PC but cannot submit barcodes. I have used all the problem solving guides and have allowed shopandscan to access my PC but with no success. Anybody got any ideas as they are threatening to cut me off (ouch painful)

i don't have a problem with windows 7,however i do find i have to use internet explorer as others (firefox etc) don't work.

I've lost my scanner

Ive been looking for it for a few weeks now and have a horrible suspicion that it might have been thrown in the bin by mistake.

Does anyone know what happens if you lose it? I'm worried that i'll have to pay some ridiculous amount of money to compensate them for it.

did they try Internet Explorer when they logged into your computer? They can only accept transmissions through internet explorer, it says so on their website. What version of IE are you using?
