I like Slimming world am thinking of going back there myself i used to go to the one on park road on a thursday night

My Mum does Slimming World (in Lincolnshire) and she really likes it. She's lost just over a stone since she started which I think was last Summer. She would have lost a bit more but she fell off the wagon on holiday last year and also couldn't exercise due to a bad bout of sciatica for a while.

But she does like it and continues to go every week. Which reminds me, I need to call for an update tomorrow as I don't know what she lost (or gained :eek:) over Christmas.

it's whether I have the will to do it myself at home...I do well when I go to class it's £4.50 I think...but it's money that could be thrown at debt!!!

Hi everyone..hope you've all had a good day:o
Mines ok...the boilers fixed now:j :j :j :j ...got to wait in tommorrow for microwave man...I got my new mobile this morning and sold my old one to a mobile shop for £30...only spent £1.41 today....potatoes ,carrots and onions for my stew
All my packing is nearly done now...yippee!!!
Well not a lot to report so am off for a read around the site

I don't take my own pillows no...couldn't fit them in the case ...lol...did you go to Pearls class

No, it wasn't Pearl when I started, she used to do the one on Glastonbury, I think.
I'm sure she was called Karen.
It used to be really handy for me at the St John's building, I could walk.

I'm going to try the Wainwright.

I think that mum is going to come along with me, it's ages since I did Slimming World, I think I lived on Weetabix and jacket potatoes with beans.
