    thanks all:A

At the moment I think I will go on my usual 2 days this week and see how I go on. It is making me feel ill though the thought of having to deal with patients etc:o
Not telling them that I am leaving yet....am handing notice in at the end of this month so they will know then.
If it is all too much this week will go and see GP about getting time off:o.
I know what you all mean about not giving up nursing completely just yet but that is it for me...never again.
The thing is it is going to be difficult to have any kind of regular job with DS the way he is....he is going to need 24 hour care/supervision always so would rather concentrate on him
If need be I can do a couple of hours cleaning or something for a bit of pin money...luckily money is not a great interest of mine...as long as we have enough to get on am not bothered about more than that;)
Thanks all for your support and advice...it really does help more than you will ever know:A

Jac...sorry to hear your news, wont go on as I dont want to make you cry:o but thinking of you x
Btw....how are things with your dear BIL?

I am ready to share my stress now, but please don't send me nice messages or else I may cry.:o As you know, my parents and I don't speak. My mother had a heart attack on Friday and I am struggling a wee bit, but getting there, thanks to some lovely support from Lou and Donny Gal. She is in recovery, thankfully. Please don't post on my FB as I don't want it to cause a rucus with my sisters, who still see my parents. Lovely sister has been really supportive but I am expecting it to blow up with the other one, shortly. And breathe!

Dont want to make you cry, but have a big hug my darling, must be very hard for you xx

Lou, at least you have made contact, maybe you will get the chance to have a chat later ? xx

I've just had my nap:D and very nice it was too. DH was watching the racing on tv, doggies asleep in their basket, all the prep done for tea so I thought why not have a nap:T I've also eaten half a choccy bunny - reduced at Aldi this morning while reading my book. A lovely afternoon:D

NPM - good luck in whatever you decide to do about your situation. The end of the month will soon be here. x x

rhubarb is one of the Aldi super 6 this week so I got some for a crumble later in the week as ours hasn't really taken off. DH thinks its in the wrong position in the garden.

    Afternoon all,

Sunny here today but very windy....garden is a mess following tree felling yesterday, and there are tree branches and leaves out front as well. We did have lots of rain yesterday and last night so things are a bit healthier out there. Looking forward to all the timber being cut into logs and put in shed....love log fires.

Think that I will make pizza for tea, we had a huge brunch at about 11.30 so not hungry yet.

NPM...take your time about your decision....go talk to your doctor and work from there.

    JackieG....hugs to you pet....

Hung out some clothes but didn't put up line pole as wind is so strong but I really like to make sure that towels get a good blow so will probably leave them out all night. Have another wash in but will not hang them until to-morrow.

Nothing exciting happening here, need to take our passports to library when I go knitting in the morning, as my printer is acting up....must get some of my technically minded children to have a look at it, may be a case of just buying a new printer....hate having to do that but hate not having a printer.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend....stay safe everybody

Bitsy - It must be in the air today.....we had a blow up this morning over croutons :o....cue me storming out to drive the park to sit and breath for 10mins :o

Well we're currently being cool-ishly civil, bit like animals circling each other before the fight begins :o I've been out round at my mums for a few hours so been glad to get out of his sight TBH.
He is stressed about work and feels pants (as do I but I don't make him feel !!!!! about it ;)) but I know what some of the problem might be. Means I might have to make some changes for the better of our relationship but hey ho will see how it goes.
Part of this change involves me taking a back seat from decision making. I am tired of being asked what do I think of something eg putting path up the garden (where kids are currently wearing one through the grass ) and when I don't agree or like the idea it doesn't get done (dunno why he could just sod me and go ahead with it but he doesn't and then uses it as a stick to beat me with (metaphorically speaking of course ;)).

Anyway enough of marital issues :o:o

Lou - hope you guys do get chance to sit down and talk. And please please please stop blaming yourself all the time xx Lovin' the smilies :)

JackieG - No words just xxxxxxx for you

    Jackie G ((((hugs)))) sorry.

NPM - go for it - grit your teeth and go see the Dr. I'm in the same position with mine - told on Wednesday that as I live in the wrong postcode and DS is almost 7 I won't get a diagnosis (GGGRRRRR), was advised to buy a trampoline to he can bounce his energy out (which I've done - so much for a posh meal out for OH's birthday next weekend!) and was told that I was lucky that he sleeps. I'll give them lucky!

Anyway, OH has now gone for the rest of the week to Nottingham for work, boys are bouncing on the trampoline, House looks like a bomb has hit - washing everywhere, so will be ironing tonight to get it all out of the way. Rest of house reasonably clean & tidy - but will give it a thorough clean tomorrow. Rain has been wonderful for the garden - looks like we'll be getting another dose this evening and then hopefully all my plants will spring into life. Think I might just leave the boys out in the rain - save on bath water!!

Hugs to everyone - sounds like we're all in need.
Me, OH, grown DS, (other DS left home) and Mum (coming up 80!). Considering foster parenting. Hints and tips on saving £ always well received. Xx

March 1st week £80 includes a new dog bed though £63 was food etc for the week.
