I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

    Morning all

Slept in late today.....OH threw a glass of red wine over my new carpet last night. I covered it in salt immediately as there was no white wine and he has hoovered it up now. Grrr still needs a clean but hardly visible really. Phew.

Npm get to the Dr's......and investigate all the disability and carers benefits(I am probably teaching my grandmother to suck eggs tho). Hope you feel better soon. ((hugs))

Chicken for dinner today and I will turn the leftovers into a pie and soup tomorrow. I am hoping for a Skype with DD in Japan today.

Have a good day all. See you later.

NPM Why don't uou ring work today to let them know you won't be in tomorrow (or ever?) and they will have a chance to arrange cover. Then you won't feel as bad doing it, it will be done and out of the way now, and your colleagues won't be as put out.

Then you can put it out of your mind today and go off to the doc tomorrow, get signed off with stress ( people do it all the time and you have genuine reason) and concentrate on you and Noah.

yes unfortunately :( whilst i'm glad he is ok, he is being a pain. he wanted to take ds out yesterday but i had already made plans to take ds to a playdate. this morning he wanted to take him out again but i really cant face seeing him. said he just coming round to see him and i cant stop him. i dont want to stop but i know i will completely lose it with him if i see him :o ds doesnt need to witness that

ETA reading that it sounds like i am being a pain more than him :o

You're not being a pain Lou, there's a lot of emotion running high x

Deep breaths, if you can't face being around him write a quick note explaining how you're feeling and how you don't want to crack in front of DS and disappear upstairs whilst he spends time with DS xx

I am back to square one with back to basics and cutting back after a horrid April :(.

Forgot the camping shop reopened in Old Arley need to go and have a look round but without my purse!

Today we have the left over short rib meat in gravy for Sunday lunch, it was slow cooked yesterday for last nights tea and had plenty left over for today. I have also made microwave meringues (never made before and very impressed) and just off to make a batch of twinks hobnobs.

I was bricking it when I jacked in my old job to be a CM. Especially since I hadn't got any work lined up <gulp>
I agree with all the others, get Doc to sign you off, Noah needs you more and quite frankly given the stress you're having with him going to school no wonder you're having panic attacks. Have a hug xx

    *rant alert*

H announced he doesn't want to go to camping shop.
I'd mentioned DS had said he misses our old tent (which we sold along with everthing else, trailer etc) and I would like a few more weekends away. I mentioned about trailer tents as there is no way I buying all our camping stuff again having sold it <rollseyes> Anyway I suggested going to this place last night to have a nose, kids like to look at the tent, H had no problem. But today he doesn't want to go. "Its not like it's a great family day out". Huh? Who ever said it was? Oh and he announced he doesn't like trailer tents. !!!!!! can this bloke ever open his gob at the time when we're actually talking about stuff :mad::mad:
We're both coming down with this virus/cold thingy that DD's had so I bet you he's being a miserable old g*t cause he doesn't feel tip top  Feel like saying stuff you, me and the kids will go on our own so you can s*d off and do you own thing today :(

    *rant over*

Just been watching this (DS's fav Youtube vid) and hoping that the gorgeous music will calm me down :o

    Why don't you:D

Lou - Why don;t you let him take DS out somewhere so you only have to open the front door etc

Been to sunday club which was lovely

But does anyone want mine for a bit they are driving me nuts

Mine is at work, so its lovely and peaceful around here :p

I am baking for Britain, made lemon buns, scones (cheese and plain, have no dried fruit left :( ), gingerbread waiting to go in the oven, and bread proving. Washing done, and folded and PUT AWAY!!!! Its amazing what you can do when you are trying to distract yourself.

I am ready to share my stress now, but please don't send me nice messages or else I may cry.:o As you know, my parents and I don't speak. My mother had a heart attack on Friday and I am struggling a wee bit, but getting there, thanks to some lovely support from Lou and Donny Gal. She is in recovery, thankfully. Please don't post on my FB as I don't want it to cause a rucus with my sisters, who still see my parents. Lovely sister has been really supportive but I am expecting it to blow up with the other one, shortly. And breathe!
