English strawberries? Great, I am desperate for strawberry season to start! :jIt's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0

Hello everybody :hello: It's been tipping it down here as well which is good as some of my plants were looking a bit fed up. Little breaks but mostly that rain between heavy and drizzle.... OH is out on his driving job today - back up - and we'd done the week's shopping by 10! Actually we didn't need that much, just a bit of fresh stuff off the local market. They're having a festival today (which was one of the ideas I put forward when they asked for "how can we get people onto the market".....). I've gone early to avoid the rush. Nothin really pencilled in for today. There's a gem fair near us which I could go to but I might as well save the entrance fee and spend it on gems online.... Done a cupboard audit and planned the week's meals....feeling quite chilled and even sleeping well with the increased IVF meds....not even next door doing their obligatory weekend drilling DIY is stressing me...that's a first LOL! :rotfl:Up to date on all my home admin/washing etc so only a couple of invoices to send out for work and that's it. TBQH I'm not sure what to do for the rest of the day LOL! I'm confused..... Right hope everyone has a nice day/evening and speak laterBut I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green0

Wouldn't mind seeing BG myself and I'm not even a scout!
Me toDH asked if I wanted to bring the littlies. We won't be able to join in but they can career around and have fun and maybe a picnic. Trouble is it is at Avebury and I don't drive so I will be stuck there all day and if it rains it won't be fun for me, the DC's won't mind though. It is for six hours and there really isn't enough to interest a 3 and 5 yo for that amount of time. I don't really know what to do. I could ring Mum and ask if she wants some visitors at short notice. I know she will want to see me soon as it is my birthday next week and that way I could avoid them coming to my house. Or I could stay home do some housework and take the littlies for a walk. Hmmm! decisions, decisions! What would you do ladies?
We had a thunderstorm yesterday tea time and then it pee'd down all night and guess who left the washing out <rolls eyes> and I watered all the pots yesterday afternoon. Oh! well the water butts needed it and so did the lottie.
Just sorting out which campsite to go to for the first week of the summer hols and possibly the May half term.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
Afternoon all.
It's dry for now but the forcast shows rain from 4pm onwards with thunder showers due tonight.
So I put a washing on and it's on the line. It's windy so hopefully it will be dry before the rain is on.
I've done the dishes and will hoover up but other than I won't be doing anything else.
Back at work for me tonightbut only in for 2 so it's not too bad. OH is working this weekends too so kids are off to my parents tonight so I can come home in the morning and straight to bed.
Hope everyone has a good day.Feb 2012 Grocery Challenge £200/£4.00

It's got to be... ring your mum and go round there. Saves cleaning yours, you might get fed, have a chin wag with your mum .Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

Go, tigerfeet, you shouldn't really need to think twice about that one! It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0

Hi all
The rehersal went well, the Piri Piri chicken went down well, they've all gone now so peace has returned, phew. I've decided to print an order of service for the Handfasting, so everyone know's what's going on.
The rain held off while our visitors were here & the water butts are now full, we put buckets out to catch as much rain water as possibe.
I ordered a dress pattern yesterday from Jaycotts & it arrived this morning, how's that for service!
I've posted a pic of out wedding rings on my blog, DD's foster daughter is going to be the ringbearer at the Registry office & DGS is going to be the Wand bearer at the hand fasting, the rings are held on the wand during the ceremony.
Have a good day everyone.
Hugs Hester
