Just noticed you'd posted the phone number - I couldn't find this on their website.
I'm in the same boat - Waiting well over a month now with no response to my emails. I notice the site has removed the 'Contact' page!
Has anyone phoned them and if so what response did you get? I'm going to phone on monday as it has gone 5 now on a friday.
*** Update: Just phoned them and spoke to Donna. She couldn't find my order number but did find it after asking my name and first line of my address. Apparently they have been inundated with orders since the Groupon promotion. My order will now be processed in the new day or so and should be with me early next week. Not holding my breath, but at least it is promising.0 -
Having the same problem!
Ordered my canvas on the 16th May using my groupon voucher and its now the 12th June. I emailed them at the beginning of the week to find out what was going on and have had no reply.
I have actually just emailed groupon as I have noticed that they are using this company to promote another deal in my area!!! I've asked them if they can investigate this company and the deals they have previously set up before using them, as I have had a look at review centre and seen that there are many of us not receiving our orders...
This was an engagement print that I ordered, I get married in august and we were hoping to order two more if it was good to give as mothers gifts instead of the usual flowers...wont be using through their company though!
Can the people who are waiting let me know if they receive a response/their canvas? I worry that I'll have to mark this up as a loss!0 -
I ordered a canvas through Groupon on 3rd May and sent 3 emails, the first of which was answered with a standard response saying they were busy and I should allow 21 working days. I didn't receive a reply to the other 2 emails which I sent after 21 working days so my OH rang the number (thanks dnlklnodon for the info) and spoke to a lady called Cheryl who was extremely apologetic especially after seeing it had never been dealt with. She assured us she would process it today and we would receive the canvas in the next few days.

I use http://www.spiralcanvasprint.co.uk/ for the canvas prints I have needed doing and always been super. They also restored some old photos of my nan that were torn. Communicated all the way and got it in a couple of days.0

I too got an email today to say it had been dispatched.
When I called, it was engaged the first time. Second time I called, I just left it ringing, probably took 3 or 4 minutes for it to be answered. Don't give up!

got an email today saying it's been dispatched and should be with me tomorrow with an incorrect delivery address on it.
I wouldn't be surprised if they have also mixed up the photos as well.

Has pinklady got a result yet? If not was she using a Groupon voucher to place an order with You-Frame? I have the same problem only worse! They don't even answer the phone now and have never responded to emails? After last week's Sunday Times report on Groupon suppliers I wonder if You-Frame is still in business?0
