Thank you bigzippy. Will say 'hello' in the morning or afternoon. Really should be getting to sleep now.
Hope everyone stays well and gets the outcome they want.
January2 adults groceries: June £35.79/£200
# 3 - Saving for Xmas 2015 £1 a day. £122/£365
TTC #1 since 06/08/120 -
Three months until I can come off the pill...I'm getting so impatient! I'm scared to think about the journey ahead as I've read way too much about how hard it can be TTC but I just want to get on with it now. I'll definitely be making the most of cocktails on honeymoon and all the yummy food that you can't eat when pregnant just in case we get lucky quickly!0

Just wanted to say 'Hi' and that I've been reading through some of this thread and it's so nice to know I'm not the only one delaying TTC for financial reasons.
Hubby thinks we should just go for it, but I'd feel more comfortable knowing our debt was payed off first. It can be hard when everyone around you seems to be pregnant or has a baby. For now I am reading What to Expect Before you're Expecting and trying my best to get in as good a physical shape as possible. Good luck to all those who are going to start trying soon0 -
hi all
just a quick message to say I got a BFP yesterday! Think I'm prob about 4/5 weeks gone.
Have been on holiday at my inlaws since last Sat, AF due last Sunday and was getting cramp type pains off and on all week, and just not feeling quite right...anyhow, still no AF yesterday so bought a test from tesco on our way home yesterday and it was +ve!
Can't wait until we have our 12 week scan and can start to tell people! (though I may cave and tell my mum before then!). Don't know how my SIL and MIL will take the news, guessing I'll be due around SILs wedding in September!
Hugs to all those who need them.0 -

Hi all, it's been quite a long time and it looks like the thread has been rather quiet. I hope you're all well. I've been without internet at home since moving at the end of November but we're finally back online now and I'm really glad to be back!
A fair bit has changed for me since I was last on - new job, new area, new flat - and it is all going pretty well. We really like the new town we're living in and think it's the right place for us to settle. We're renting at the moment but have started to keep an eye on the market around here with the aim of buying before our lease is up next November. I'm really hoping that we'll feel ready to start TTC late this spring...I feel incredibly broody a lot of the time (no change there then!) and I'm getting more and more worried about my age potentially making things more difficult etc
Hope you're all having a good start to the week!Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0 -

Hello,
Is anyone else out there still waiting to TTC? This thread is very quiet at the mo.
We got married in January :j and got a puppy which is adorable. Trying to focus on other things whilst saving up for two years of nursery costs before starting to TTC. I have come off the pill after being on it for 12 years and want to get body back to normal for at least a year or so.
Would like to talk through broodiness etc with others.0 -
